Supports the smooth day-to-day operations of a premium 50,000 sq. ft. co-working business centre. The role focuses on workplace support, pantry services, meeting room readiness, hospitality assistance, material movement, and general office support — ensuring members, visitors, and guests always experience a clean, organized, well-maintained, and hospitality-oriented workplace.
Key objectives
- Support daily business centre operations.
- Maintain workplace presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure meeting rooms are fully prepared and operational.
- Deliver prompt pantry and hospitality services.
- Assist members, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Support workplace events and member engagement activities.
- Ensure timely movement of materials, documents, and supplies.

Key responsibilities
Pantry & Hospitality Services
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, and refreshments to clients, members, and guests.
- Ensure pantry areas remain clean, hygienic, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and consumables.
- Assist during client meetings, events, and VIP visits.
- Support hospitality requirements for conferences, workshops, and member events.
Meeting Room & Workplace Readiness
- Set up meeting rooms before scheduled meetings.
- Ensure availability of water, stationery, presentation materials, and refreshments.
- Check meeting room cleanliness and readiness throughout the day.
- Assist with room reconfiguration for events and workshops.
- Report any equipment or facility issues immediately.
Office Support Services
- Handle internal movement of documents, parcels, and office materials.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, binding, and filing activities.
- Support inventory management of office supplies and stationery.
- Coordinate courier dispatches and incoming deliveries.
- Assist administrative and facility teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
Workplace Maintenance Support
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas.
- Report maintenance requirements, housekeeping issues, and safety concerns.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain workplace cleanliness standards.
- Monitor availability of consumables in pantries, washrooms, and common areas.
- Assist the Facility Manager during facility inspections and audits.
Client & Visitor Assistance
- Support reception and front-office teams during peak periods.
- Assist visitors and members with directions and workplace information.
- Escort visitors when required.
- Help create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all occupants and guests.
- Respond promptly and courteously to service requests.
Event & Community Support
- Assist in organizing member events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Set up event spaces and hospitality arrangements.
- Support vendor coordination during events.
- Ensure smooth execution of workplace activities and functions.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety, emergency, and security procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support emergency evacuation procedures if required.
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
- Comply with company policies and workplace regulations.
Required experience & qualifications
- Minimum HSC (12th Standard); Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years in office support, hospitality services, pantry operations, facility services, front-office support, or customer service.
- Experience in hotels, corporate offices, coworking spaces, business centres, or premium commercial properties preferred.
- Basic understanding of workplace etiquette and customer service.
- Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Physically fit to perform operational support duties.
- Honest, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
Language requirements
- Basic to good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to understand and assist clients and visitors professionally.
