Pankaj Tibrawalla is an entrepreneur with business interests in real estate and capital markets. In real estate, he developed Country Roads, one of Kolkata's early farmhouse townships — a 50-acre integrated development comprising 150 bungalows and a 3-acre hotel — and has delivered multiple residential projects in the MIG segment.

He also invests actively in the capital markets. This breadth gives him a practical understanding of operations, cost control, and long-term asset management. Outside of business, he places great value on family and friendships, reflecting a belief in trust, loyalty, and lasting relationships.
